RevUp RevShare LLC is an independent marketing agency. We are not an employee, franchisee, subsidiary, or authorized representative of eXp Realty, LLC. These are our terms — not eXp Realty's.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Our services include, but are not limited to, lead generation marketing, CRM automation, onboarding support, training resources, and influencer partnership programs designed to help real estate agents grow their revenue share networks through eXp Realty's co-sponsorship program.

RevUp RevShare LLC is an independent marketing agency. We are not a subsidiary, franchisee, or authorized representative of eXp Realty, LLC. These Terms govern the marketing services we provide — not the eXp Realty revenue share program itself. Any revenue share income opportunity facilitated through our services is subject exclusively to eXp Realty's own program terms and conditions, which are separate from these Terms.

3. No Guarantee of Results

RevUp RevShare LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or revenue share results. Revenue share income, if any, is paid by eXp Realty, LLC — not by RevUp RevShare LLC — and is governed entirely by eXp Realty's own program rules, agent qualifications, and cap requirements, which are subject to change by eXp Realty at any time.

Individual results will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, individual effort, geographic location, license status, and experience. Nothing on this website constitutes a promise or guarantee of earnings of any kind.

RevUp RevShare LLC is not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of any third-party service. Each third-party platform operates under its own separate, independent terms and conditions.

Specifically regarding eXp Realty: eXp Realty, LLC maintains its own separate Terms & Conditions that govern the revenue share program, agent agreements, and all eXp Realty platforms. RevUp RevShare LLC has no authority over those terms, and they are entirely separate from these Terms. All income potential, agent qualification requirements, revenue share tiers, cap structures, and program rules are determined solely by eXp Realty, LLC and are subject to change by eXp Realty without notice to RevUp RevShare LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevUp RevShare LLC, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

RevUp RevShare LLC is not liable for changes to eXp Realty's revenue share program, cap structures, qualification requirements, or any other modifications made by eXp Realty, LLC under their own separate terms and policies.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of this site or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to those services in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevUp RevShare LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
